The Community Manager Project is a modern response to the problem of finding, training, and staffing (CIC) management positions. CIC means Common Interest Communities which are made up of Condominiums, Cooperatives, and Homeowner Associations. It is estimated that over 60 Million Americans now live in a CIC.

The aim of this project is to find, train, test and deploy thousands of military veterans as community managers and to fill the void that current exist in recuriting individuals into community management.

This project is being started as a nonprofit foundation, made up of industry and community leaders to find and faliciate educational opportunities for those who served our country. As it develops we will be teaming up with other foundations and business to further our goals.
